Nyaradzai Mwaramba was recommended by PROWEB (Professional Women, Women Executives and Business Women’s Forum) to attend the Handicrafts and Gifts Fair in India. Through the Ministry of Women affairs and Gender and Community Development, further facilitation and selection was made for the trip to India. The Embassy of India facilitated in terms of liaising with the organisers of the Fair (Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts) by sending them a letter of introduction and the issuance of a business visa to India. The Indian Handicrafts and Gifts Fair took place in New Dehli, India from 17 – 20 February 2014. The Fair was well organised with a wide range of handicrafts. Two large halls housed the exporters and their products.
